Mincks Floors is family owned & operated by Stephen and his wife, Nicole. They have 3 children (future employees).

Stephen was taught the trade by his father, Sporty who started by sanding bowling lanes in the 70's.

You will deal with Stephen on every job. His expertise and knowledge of the art will put you at ease, knowing your floors are going to look the way you have imagined them to.

Stephen will personally come to your home for your free estimate. He will bring samples to your home of different widths, colors and species of wood so you can make an educated decision.
